The wonderful little ground cover for the rock garden is one of the most ask about plants in our garden, so we thought we'd share some. Formerly Tunica saxifraga, this little ground hugging mat has tiny needle like bristly foliage. Tunic flower thrives in baking sun in a well drained site. In mid summer, the bloom spike forth to 3" ending in tiny double pink flower balls...high cute quotient!
