    Thanks to the late Logan Calhoun, we are pleased to introduce this rare endemic bear grass of the Trans-Pecos region of Texas. N. arenicola makes a large evergreen clump to 6' tall of stiff green leaves, topped in May and June with 3' tall panicles of tiny white flowers...a great ornamental grass substitute for very dry sandy regions.
