Here is the hard-to-find, pure white-flowered form of the hardy oleanders. Actually, it probably has a real cultivar name, but so far we have been unable to determine its true identity. The upright 5' stems are clothed with very glossy, dark green leaves. For us, N. 'Hardy White' has survived 0 degrees F in our garden with some top foliage burn.
