Lycoris x straminea 'Peach Swirl' is a 2021 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a fascinating Phil Adams cross of Lycoris chinensis x Lycoris radiata. The 20" tall flower spikes emerge for us in mid-August, topped with clusters of flowers that emerge pure white with random streaks of red through the petals. The flowers age to cream as the red streaking intensifies...a truly fascinating floral experience. After flowering, the foliage emerges, starting for us in mid-October, and grows through winter before going dormant in late spring.
