(aka: Lycoris PA.MS28) Lycoris x rosea 'Cherry Crush' is a new Phil Adams fertile hybrid (Lycoris radiata x Lycoris x haywardii) that produces 22" tall flower stalks, starting in early August (NC), each topped with lovely clusters of cherry red flowers with a darker red in the center of each petal and a faint blue-purple blush to the petal tips as they open. The winter-growing foliage emerges in early October.
