From Summit Nursery in Nova Scotia comes this very hardy, white-flowered form of our native cardinal flower. Beginning in late July, this denizen of swamps bursts into a 4' tall stem topped with clear-white tubular flowers. This easy-to-grow native overwinters as a flat rosette in the garden and should be left uncovered.
