We are pleased to offer vegetative divisions of this marvelous selection of the US native (Wisconsin south to Florida) which is normally seed grown. In late spring, the narrow leaves emerge around the short but thick stalks. In midsummer, the clumps are topped with dramatic pink-purple spikes on compact 14" tall stems. L. 'Kobold' is a great vertical accent for the front of the border or in a vase.
