Baby's breath has long been prized as a cut flower, but never adequately appreciated for its garden value and long summer flowering. Each 3' tall stalk of 3" long glaucous-green lance-shaped leaves ends in huge plumes of small double white flowers... like one of those '60s home boy fake afros. Baby's breath (looks more like baby's dandruff) needs a very well drained rocky or sandy soil to be long-lived...perfect for the large rock garden.
