    This is one of the hot new plants for both gardens and color bowls. Hardy passion plant is a unique tropical looking perennial from the Himalayas. It starts out from a dormant crown and bursts forth with fleshy stalks to 4' in length. Each stalk is draped with exquisite fleshy leaves that are black with nicely contrasting green veins. In early fall, the clumps are topped with tiny yellow orange daisy-like flowers... guaranteed to get everyone asking... whatzit?
