This 1990 G. pratense hybrid from England's Axletree Nursery is another great hardy geranium for gardeners who have to cope with excessive summer heat and humidity. Resembling in form another fabulous Axletree introduction, G. 'Brookside', G. 'Spinners' makes a dazzling 30" wide clump of deeply dissected foliage, topped from early May (in NC) and throughout most of the summer with 1" flowers of rich violet (RHS 87A).
