This is one of my favorite slow-growing Japanese cedars with very interesting, narrow, airy branches. The foliage is a beautiful shade of green that holds in the winter...I don't know about the yellow twig bit...probably some of those color-blind horticulturists. Our 10-year-old plant is 72" tall...one of our most striking specimens.
