(syn: C. Ikari Sugi) This strange Japanese cedar is almost impossible to find in the trade. The very narrow limbs somewhat resemble C. j. Yellow Twig. Each branch looks like a green braided afro hairdo...go figure. In ten years, expect a 5' tall x 3' wide specimen...a striking evergreen for all seasons.
