    This is a really exciting addition to the garden, especially for those of you in the warmer zones (it has survived 2 degrees F in our garden). The narrow cream and green striped leaves on an upright finger-diameter trunk make a great plant to tuck into the border. Since our plants die to the ground each season, they never attain a height much greater than 18"... taller in warmer climates.
