(syn: Ajania pacifica) Unlike other chrysanthemums, this gem has silvery green leaves with silver undersides. Each leaf is upturned on the edge to give the illusion of a variegated margin. In October and November, these spreading mums are topped by small yellow buttons. This is among the best plants for fall color in the garden.
