    This collection of the sun-loving native hairy lip fern comes from our spore collection from a particularly nice narrow-leaf form that we found growing on a rock outcrop in Franklin Co., VA. The narrow dark green fronds remain evergreen, forming a 1' wide x 8" tall mound. Neutral to alkaline soil, full sun, and good drainage is important for most of the sun ferns.
