More closely resembling a dwarf alberta spruce, this 1989 Mitsch Nursery introduction is considered the best of the dwarf white cedars. The conical shape to 24" tall x 14" wide in ten years is perfect for a rock garden specimen. In winter, the top of the soft foliage turns a lovely shade of plum, while the underside remains green...like a discount auto paint job!
