(formerly A. campanulatus) This little-known gem has green marbled fleshy petioles (eventually becoming quite bumpy) to 8' tall in cultivation. Atop each stalk (petiole) is a giant peony-like leaf to 8'+ wide. When the tuber gets large, it will produce the wildest flower you've ever seen... looks like a "Peter Pepper" on steroids!
