xAmarcrinum 'Hannibal's Pink' is a little-known Amaryllis belladonna x Crinum hybrid from the late California breeder Les Hannibal. xAmarcrinum 'Hannibal's Pink' forms an insanely dense 3' tall x 6' wide clump of glossy green leaves and starts blooming for us in mid-July with 2' tall stalks topped with clusters of 10-12 medium pink flowers. xAmarcrinum 'Hannibal's Pink' is the earliest flowering of the Crinum x Amaryllis belladonna hybrids we grow. Sadly, the flowers are produced down in the foliage, so it has no visual appeal in the garden.
