    This splendid New Zealand hybrid boasts round allium-like heads with 50+ light violet blue flowers (RHS95D) each. From mid to late summer (starting July 15 in NC), expect the 16" spikes of flowers to perch above the lily-like green foliage.... great to plug into the border.
