This selection of the Brazilian native A. pictum has maple-shaped green leaves, which are highlighted by a uniform pattern of yellow flecking. The 6' tall plants are adorned with salmon-orange bell-shaped flowers from early summer until fall. While this has been used for years as a houseplant and for summer containers, we have included it in our Zone 7 hardiness trials this year.
