Sarracenia 'Starry Night' is a rarely-offered Larry Mellichamp pitcher plant hybrid, resulting from a cross of Sarracenia leucophylla and Sarracenia minor. The 2' tall green pitchers are adorned with large white skylights along the neck and the hood. The pitchers are a bit red in the face and neck, and fluids accumulate in the throat, but we've had it tested for COVID and the test came back negative. Larry says that Sarracenia 'Starry Night' is one of his favorites, but the slow rate of division has kept it from getting widely distributed.
