This selection of S. puberula is slightly earlier flowering than S. puberula 'El Butano'. The 3' tall x 3' wide bushy sage is adorned with fuzzy cordate light green leaves. In early fall (October in NC), the clumps are topped with fuzzy pink flowers resembling the Energizer Bunny (perhaps a shade closer to cherry-red).
