Polystichum setiferum 'Bevis' (no association with the sidekick Butt-Head) is one of the largest clones of the European soft shield fern we've seen, forming 30" tall x 4' wide symmetrical clumps of very soft, delicately-textured, evergreen fronds...quite stunning! Slightly moist, rich, organic soil grows the best plants.
