Phlox 'Neon Flare' is a new hybrid selection of the US native Phlox paniculata from Dutch phlox guru, Jan Verschoor. Phlox 'Neon Flare' forms a sturdy, compact 20" tall, mildew-resistant clump topped, starting in late May (NC), with large clusters of light pink flowers that become darker toward the eye.
