We have grown this splendid, non-weedy ground cover in our rock garden for several years and have been amazed at its performance and hardiness...it survived 0 degrees F in our garden. The trailing stems, to 18"- 24", are clothed with round grey-green leaves. Perched just atop the foliage all summer are hundreds of 1", blue, saucer-shaped flowers...a spectacular ground cover for a sunny site or as a summer container filler. Dry conditions in the winter are essential for a spring return. We like to plant ours at the base of agaves where rain fears to tread.
