    This stunning new Astilbe chinensis comes from Dutch astilbe specialist, Harrie Verduin. Astible 'Diamond and Pearls' is the first pure white A. chinensis, bringing a new color into astilbes with heat and humidity tolerance. A. 'Diamond and Pearls' makes a 28" tall clump of upright spikes of pure white flowers in early summer. Although all A. chinensis are drought tolerant, a slightly moist soil improves performance.
