The small silvery rosettes of narrow leaves make a tight slowly spreading ground cover for rocky banks. In late spring, the plant forms tiny wands of silvery flowers to 6" tall...a great rock garden subject. A northeast and west coast US native, A. neglecta doesn't mug out in the summer like A. dioica.
