Thalictrum flavum ssp. glaucum has been prized by gardeners and designers for years; now we have an improved clonal selection. Thalictrum 'True Blue' is a much sturdier Terra Nova selection, with the same chalky blue-green foliage, and topped in patrinia-like heads of yellow in May and June in NC. Thalictrum 'True Blue' is a great backdrop for foliage colors of yellow, orange, purple, and other contrasting colors.
