(aka: Epimedium PDN08-04) Epimedium 'Picture Frame' is a 2014 Plant Delights introduction that forms an 18" tall x 30" wide clump in the woodland garden. The new foliage emerges in mid-April (NC) lightly speckled with purple flecks followed by sprays of large, dangling white flowers that just exceed the foliage. Just as the flowers emerge, a second flush of foliage also emerges with each leaf sporting a burgundy border that has more prominent leaf speckling...really, quite amazing!
