From the name, you can tell that Cryptomeria japonica 'Araucarioides' looks like an Araucaria (Monkey Puzzle Tree). This nice selection of Japanese cedar has long, unusual, green rope-like foliage that makes this a great specimen plant and conversation piece. In ten years, expect the evergreen Cryptomeria japonica 'Araucarioides' to reach 14' tall x 8' wide.
