From hot, humid, and wet Borneo comes this little-known species of Amorphophallus which forms a stunning, 6' tall, green, lichen-patterned petiole, topped with a giant green leaf. The flower of A. borneensis resembles A. konjac in form but occurs atop a stalk that can reach 8'. The green and purple pitcher is home to a large spadix whose color ranges from white to pink...depending on the stage of excitement.
