Convallaria 'Fernwood's Golden Slippers' comes from Maine nurseryman Rick Sawyer, who discovered it as a sport at his Fernwood Nursery. The lovely chartreuse golden foliage, which is brightest in spring, makes a slowly spreading deciduous, bold-textured groundcover...great for brightening a shady woodland garden. The plants are adorned in spring with small, lightly fragrant, white, dangling flowers...simply delicious!
