Alocasia odora is another of the "hardy" elephant ears, surviving short durations of temperatures at, or slightly below, 0 degrees F, provided they have good winter drainage and enjoy warm summers preceding the winters. A. odora is similar to A. macrorhizos, but the tightly upright clumps rarely exceed 3' tall, and the thick, waxy-green leaves are more round with less of a ruffled edge. Pot size: 2 qt. (1.892 L)
