    This moisture loving sedge is equally at home in a woodland garden or by a sunny bog. The semi-evergreen rigid narrow light green leaves form a very structural upright clump. In late spring, the clumps are adorned with pendulous catkins on long stalks that hang above the foliage...great near a stream or mixed into the perennial border!!
