Hypericum tomentosum is a delightful evergreen groundcover St. John's wort from Southwest Europe that makes a 6" tall sprawling mass with thumb-sized powder blue leaves. The patches are topped with clusters of bright yellow flowers held just above the foliage. Hypericum tomentosum prefers a slightly moist, but well-drained soil. In addition to being a stunning ornamental, Hypericum tomentosum is also used medicinally against epirubicin-induced oxidative stress. You don't say.
