This unique introduction was discovered by Charlie Issacs as a mutation on a clump of Hosta 'Valentine Lace'. The blue-green, heart-shaped leaves emerge with brilliant, creamy-white centers. About a month later, the central leaf color morphs into an unusual central pattern of ghostly white frosting that fades only slightly in late summer. The 2' wide clumps are topped with black-purple flower scapes holding the lavender flowers in late spring. If you've been looking for something really unique, your wait is over.
