Hosta 'Blue Ivory' is a fantastic sport of the popular Hosta 'Halcyon', discovered by hosta afficionado Bill Meyer and introduced with the help of Holland's Luc Klinkhamer. The 16" tall x 30" wide clump is composed of blue leaves, highlighted by a wide creamy border that becomes more white as the season progresses...a slow-growing but truly spectacular clump that, like Hosta 'Liberty', takes time to show its true beauty. If you buy tiny liner-sized plants of Hosta 'Blue Ivory', you'll be very disappointed for a couple of years.
