If you love variegation, if you love unique, if you love native plants, then Heliopsis 'Loraine Sunshine' is a must. Thanks to the late Loraine Mark, who made the discovery, and her employer, Brent Hanson of Rhinelander Floral Company in Wisconsin, for getting this amazing discovery to market. Each leaf on the 30" upright stems is pure white, highlighted by dramatic green veining. When you first see it, you can't imagine it has enough chlorophyll to live. Remarkably, this amazingly vigorous plant makes a 2' wide clump of dazzling foliage, topped from June until frost with 2" bright yellow daisies. This is truly a cool plant...from the very cool state of Wisconsin.
