I received my first plant of Disporopsis undulata 'Sichuan Jade' from Heronswood Nursery in 2005 under the number DJHC735. Since that time, it's been identified as the species, Disporum undulata, and has made a lovely dwarf evergreen specimen in the woodland garden. In five years, expect Disporopsis 'Sichuan Jade' to make a 4" tall x 15" wide patch of upright dark green stems clothed in 2" tapered leaves. In spring, the plants are adorned with small white flowers but unless you're really short, you'll probably miss 'em. Disporopsis 'Sichuan Jade' multiplies fairly quickly in good rich soil...I really love this plant!
