Crinum 'Walter Flory' is a Katherine Clint hybrid of Crinum 'Ellen Bosanquet' x Crinum x powellii 'Alba', that makes a relatively short clumper to 2' tall. From "Ellen", "Walter" inherits an early flowering habit, often starting as early as April in the Deep South. Crinum 'Walter Flory' features 3.5' tall stalks of stunning pink, widely open bicolor flowers with muted darker pink stripes running from the base of the flower to the tips. The stalks, which each bear 13-15 sweetly fragrant flowers are attractively perched atop the lush, tropical-looking, glossy green foliage.
