This is the highly desired silver centered form of the Japanese Arisaema urashima. The upright stalks arise in mid-spring and are topped with a horseshoe-like leaf. Each leaf has a silver stripe down the center of each leaflet. Since these are seedlings, each clone is different. Along side the leaf, a separated stalk emerges, holding the black-purple pitcher and the long, upright whip-like spadix. Oooh...it hurts sooo good.
