This versatile evergreen groundcover has upright, narrow, cream and dark-green striped, grass-like foliage to 12". The slowly spreading mat makes a great choice to brighten a dark part of the woodland garden. Acorus prefers a slightly to very moist site...the spot where everything else dies. This hardy former aroid has small, insignificant white flowers near the top of the foliage in spring.
