Every time we seal a box we pray for it to arrive at your doorstep in a good shape. When you receive your order, please inspect the box and open it right away. Take photos of any damage to the box or the plants and let us know as soon as possible. For replacement consideration, all problems including shipping damage must be reported to us within 7 days of the arrival of your order. Please remember your plants are living beings and no matter how healthy they are when they arrive, they can be killed within a day with improper care (such as leaving the pots to sit in a hot driveway). Inspect the roots and crowns of your new perennials closely. Corms, rhizomes and bulbs should be firm to the touch. A broken stem or leaf does not affect the health of a perennial plant. Wilt is a temporary condition caused by stress during travel, please water the plants thoroughly and place in a cool, shaded area. Dormant plants are guaranteed to emerge during their next growing season (not all dormant plants emerge in spring). For more information, please refer to our Plant Care Guide.

We appreciate your interest in visiting our gardens and we welcome visitors during our Open Nursery and Garden Days. If these dates don't work with your busy schedule, you are welcome to visit us by appointment during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Due to the seasonal nature of our mail-order operations, greenhouse shopping is not available from Jan 1 to May 31. You may place an order online and schedule it for pick up during your visit. Please fill out the visitor form here.
