Disporopsis x undernyi 'Opsis Attract' is a 2021 Plant Delights/JLBG introduction of a hybrid of two evergreen Chinese Solomon's seals, Disporopsis undulata and Disporopsis pernyi. This first known disporopsis hybrid occurred right under our noses here at JLBG and was discovered by our staff taxonomist, Zac Hill. The upright 15" long, arching stalks are clothed with 2" wide x 6" long, evergreen leaves, whose width is intermediate between the narrower-leaved Disporopsis pernyi and the wider leaf, Disporopsis undulata. The small, axillary white dangling flowers emerge in late spring. Expect a 3' wide patch in the woodland garden in 10 years.
