We are pleased to share Crug Farms' Taiwanese collection (BSWJ 6854) of giant Oriental chain fern. This massive fern can reach the epic proportions of 6'+ across. The Jurassic-park like bold evergreen leaves are typically 3' long, but can reach 10' each under ideal conditions...great for dinosaur food. Another cool feature is that it forms small mini-ferns along the edges of each mature leaf...propagation 101...who needs sex! Moist organic soils are best.
