Sedum ussuriense 'Chuwangsan' is a Crug Farm collection (BSWJ23) of the dwarf rock garden stonecrop, which was found growing on sheer limestone cliffs in South Korea. The creeping habit mirrors its natural habitat...pendent. For us, the small ground-hugging clumps never exceed 4" in height and 1' in width, reminiscent of Sedum sieboldii except with larger and fewer leaves. The clumps are topped with terminal corymbs of lavender pink flowers starting in early October (NC). Sedum ussuriense 'Chuwangsan' grows best in a part sun, well-drained site.
