Thermopsis (False Lupine, Aaron's Rod, Goldenbanner, Bushpea)
Thermopsis is a lupine-like or baptisia-like member of the pea family (Fabaceae) that grows well in locations where real lupines will not. The genus thermopsis, which contains roughly two dozen species, is native from North America to Central Asia.
