I was very impressed with Hosta 'High Tide' when I first saw it in the garden of Minnesota hosta breeder, Hans Hansen, and we are thrilled to make it available. The thick, dusty blue, heavily-textured leaves have a nicely rippled edge. This Hosta longipes v. latifolia x Hosta 'Dorset Blue' hybrid makes a compact 1' tall x 3' wide clump, topped in late summer with 20" tall stalks of medium lavender flowers...attractive to hummingbirds.
