Hosta 'First Lady' is our 2010 introduction from a cross of ((Hosta 'Swoosh' x Hosta longissima) x Hosta 'Red Neck Heaven') x Hosta 'Elvis Lives' we made in 1995 (Hosta 95-413). The result is a 14" tall x 3' wide clump of 9" long x 3" wide, deeply-veined green leaves, edged with a wide creamy yellow border. The clumps are topped with stalks of lavender hummingbird attracting flowers in late July and early August...very nice and unique!
