This selection of the easy-to-grow sterile (no seed) hybrid between Helleborus niger and Helleborus argutifolius makes a 10" tall x 2' wide evergreen clump. This vigorous grower has new leaves that emerge dark green with white veining which disappears as the new leaves age. The floriferous clumps are topped with 1' tall stalks of large flat flowers that open cream, then fade to green. We recommend a well-drained site that stays on the dry side in the summer.
